Two hours by phone, with the 90 minute meditation at its heart. You receive my full notes after.

Inside Alex's session
Alex and I dropped into meditation together, and I asked her to call on her Higher Self.
First she saw a being emerging from purple and green light, and a jungle at night formed around her.
Then the goddess stepped forward, with cat-like features and dark wild hair.
A third eye inside a lotus glowed at her crown.
A glittering crystal necklace rested on her chest.
Her clothes were of the earth, her skirt made of vines, with scars and rips showing her battles and the strength of her feminine.
At her side she held a shield with ancient engravings.
Then a butterfly drifted by. On its wing was an old clock, pointing to the exact time of Alex's birth.
Pages of notes and a painting later, she is here in the physical. To paint these beings is a miracle, and I'm grateful every time.

Each one began as someone's vision of themselves. No two have come through the same way.

It is important to me not to project my own ideas onto your vision, or claim to be a psychic who does the work for you. You call on your Higher Self. I guide the connection, record what you share, and step out of the way to bring the true vision forward.

You answer aloud with whatever arrives, even a single detail or just a feeling. We stay playful and unattached. Once your Higher Self has appeared, we invite them to perform clearings and healings. Then we come back, and I go to the studio.

The light codes in your painting
Light language is frequency encoded into symbol. Some people bring it through their voice. Mine comes through my hands.
In a painting ceremony, I channel codes made for you onto the canvas around your Higher Self, holding your intention and your prayer for what you wish to embody.
Once home, they shift the energy of the space. Clients meditate with their painting and hang it where they pass it every day.

How this work found me
My mother and grandmother taught me to paint when I was a child, and I've worked in oil since I was twelve.
In 2020 I was living in Sedona, freshly out of art school and painting with no agenda at all. I was at the canvas every day, praying while I worked and letting whatever wanted to come through, come through.
One day a face began forming in the paint. I hadn't set out to paint a person, and there she was ~ this bold, luminous being. I kept refining her until she felt fully here.
Afterward I sat down to meditate with her and tune into what had just come through. And she showed me something that changed the way I understood my work…
Beings and energies can be channeled through paint.
Not long after, I was working on a painting of a woman dancing beneath the moon, and small symbols started streaming down through my hand onto the canvas. I came to know them as light codes. That painting is called Light Code Activation.
During that same time in Sedona, I was holding shamanic energy healing sessions, guiding people through deep quantum healing meditations to meet their Higher Selves and heal. And one day it clicked…
What if I brought people into that space to call on the vision of their Higher Self, and I painted what they saw?
That was six years ago. Since then I've worked with dozens of clients to help them connect with their Higher Self, and it humbles me every single time.

Questions people ask me
What if I don't see anything?
It's the most common worry. You don't have to be a visual person. Visions can form through any of the senses, and people who are nervous often have the most profound experiences.
Do I need experience with meditation?
No. All you need is the willingness to go in and voice what you experience.
What is a Higher Self?
The deepest expression of you, in all of your wisdom, and the part of you always guiding you toward your greatest potential.
What if mine doesn't look like a person?
Sometimes they don't. They've arrived as an animal, a landscape, a being of light. Whatever form they take is the one I paint.
Can I give this as a gift?
Not quite. The person receiving it is the one going into the meditation, so it has to be their own yes. Send them here.
